Based in Lyon, the pastry opened in 1977 headed by Henri Bouillet. Quality and tradition are the key words of the house. In 2000, Sébastien joins the family adventure and takes over.

A display of confidence allows him to develop original, modern and colourful creations. His ambition: to master the trends in order to make them his own. The Bouillet signature was born.
