Maurice, Alexis and Laurence Trolliet have been welcoming customers in the Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse for 22 years, making exceptional produce custom made for your needs. Beef from Salers and Aubrac, Irish Angus Beef, Red Label Veal from Dordogne and fed by its mother, Farm raised pork from Cantal, red label milk fed Lamb from Pauillac (exclusive to Lyon) Limousin Lamb - le Baronnet, seasoned lamb from Mont Saint Michel (exclusive to Lyon), poultry from Bresse, fresh wild game from Sologne, kid goat fed by its mother.
