Enjoy mouth-watering "home-made" Lyonnais and traditional cuisine in the picturesque setting of Old Lyon. Fresh fish and wine by the glass.

After 11 years of being Paul Bocuse's assistant director, Joël Salzi went on to open his restaurant. He now strikes again with "Les Fines Gueules", located in the heart of the old Lyon, the food can be summed up in one word, just like the surroundings: authentic! The classical bistro style, priced moderately but overwhelmingly good. It is in a warm and cozy atmosphere that you will be able to please your palate with some of the most classical Lyonnaise cuisine: Quenelle (pike soufflé), Terrine, Poached eggs in a red wine sauce, Pig's trotter, Pork filet minion, Tartare steak, Andouillette gratin, and much more… The wine selection is designed to magnify your meal at a reasonable cost. The dessert, (especially the ice cream and meringue "Vacherin", ou favorite) is the climax, period. In a few words, a good find for those after authenticity in a tricky neighborhood when it comes to food; here no packaged foods, only home-made goodness! 2 rooms, one of them privatizable for 40 seats.
